We are proud and excited to bring to the local area a FREE weekly workout to help people on their journeys to a healthy balanced lifestyle. Jess, James, and our other incredible coaches have a huge passion for helping and guiding people on their journeys to a healthier self!
Fit camp runs on 4 week cycles with 1 week in-between each camp. Sessions are ran three days per week: Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 6PM-7PM. Workouts last for roughly 30 minutes and begin at 6:15PM.
Fit Camp is ran by ex professional soccer player James Smith (Instagram: @James_Smudge) and Certified Personal Trainer, Jess Pfeiffer (Instagram: @Jessica.Cathleen). James is also a certified NSCA CSCS Strength and Conditioning coach and holds a masters degree in sport science and exercise performance. Jess has recently graduated with a masters degree in health and wellness management!
