We'll meet briefly, review how to properly set goals, discuss headway we've made/ obstacles encountered, there may be a reading and discussion of a helpful new concept, then maybe some pie. Or a brisket. Who knows? We'll begin formally, with a structured discussion period in which everyone has a chance to speak and discuss where they're at with their new goal, maybe present some fresh progress. Once we're through that, we can just sit and chat and gnosh and imbibe.

The first meetup set a pretty wonderful precedent, I think. We're building a good group of folks who will hold ane another's feet to the fire to get things done.
