What we're about
This group is for women and centered around living a safe and healthy lifestyle. Our goals are - weight loss, fitness, and self defense strategies. We will celebrate the victories and challenges together. Come meet up every Saturday morning for 30 minutes of fitness and self defense training for the group. Be sure to come dressed in comfortable workout gear and tennis shoes. Bring a towel, water bottle and your enthusiasm too!
