This course of Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art that emphasizes slow moving exercises designed to enable the practitioner to gradually increase flexibility and strength and to become aware of where they are holding stress in their body. Then through the use of focused breathing and visualization techniques, they can begin to enable the mind and body to let go of the tension or dis-ease. This allows the practitioner to develop strength and flexibility in the deep muscles and tendons around bones and joints. In a nutshell Tai Chi Chuan is a highly developed system of biofeedback that is also is a relaxing deep tissues massage that leaves you feeling Great!
Attend your first class for free. $35 for one class a week for a month or $50 for two classes a week for a month.
