What we're about

This is a beginners hatha yoga lesson.
We start the lesson with a short meditation.
Then I teach you the yoga-asanas. The forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions.
We using props like belts, blocks, chairs and blankets.
I practise myself hatha yoga for 15 year. Alignment and balance in the pose is important in the lesson.
The lesson shall be professional and save.

We finish with a meditation.
