What we're about

This group is for anyone who would like to improve their quality of life through mindfulness and becoming authentic for themselves. It is done by practicing mindfulness meditation together and creating a community to support the process of self knowledge. Some reference is made to the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by Dr. John Kabbat Zinn and the universal principle of Unity of Being.
