What we're about
This is a group for anyone that wants to move more and meet more people. "Move Your Feet" includes running or walking (and the rare hike or other activity) followed by a social element, like brunch or a post-workout beverage at a cafe or pub, so you can "Meet More Peeps". It's for anyone, at any skill level, who wants to meet more people and/or explore JP and the surrounding areas. Runs and and walks will range from 2-5 miles. Runners should expect a social pace and not a competitive/training pace. However, you can always run ahead or further if you're okay with splitting off from the group and meeting back up with us for the post-workout social hour. If for any particular event, you can't make the run/walk activity but would like to still meet-up, join us for "socializing only"-- details about when/where are included in the event description.
Newbies and natives alike are welcome!! All ages (21+) and over should give it a try! RSVPs are required for planning purposes. Thanks in advance!
