I offer small and friendly group lesson to help you learn how to make Japanese food the authentic way.

I usually start by introducing the ingredients, then have a cooking session, and finally we eat what we have made !

The classes are held in Chatelain, Brussels.

Gyoza are dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough. Gyoza originated in China, but have become a very popular dish in Japan. Homemade gyoza is also very common in average Japanese homes. In Japan, gyoza is typically pan fried and served as a side dish with dipping sauce along with a bowl of rice. They are first steamed in a pan with some oil and water. You will learn to make the following: - cucumber and wakame vinegar salad - Pork belly, cabbage and spring onion gyoza - Beef and coriander gyoza - black sesame creamy pudding (dessert) Please bring your own apron :-) The cost of participation: 40 euros ***I kindly ask members to pay in advance by Paypal or Bank transfer: Once you sign up, I will send you the details(bank info, address) via personal message.
