In upper Queen Anne, there's a little house where they serve pretty decent Thai food. We're headed there this week, and we'll order a bunch of dishes to share, so you can taste one of everything.
Price should be fairly reasonable; I would expect roughly $20/person including tax/tip, but things may change slightly depending on how hungry we are and whether we order more or less of the signature dishes. We'll handle drinks separately, of course.
Remember to bring cash to make settling the bill as quick and painless as possible.
Parking is generally reasonably painless, since this is the quieter half of upper Queen Anne Ave. Bus access is easy via routes 3, 4 and 13.
Look for the sign that says "Thai Kitchen"; the words "Ying Thai" may not be as easy to spot.
Nijikai might be at Hilltop, The Paragon, or Sully's Lounge.
Since I'm back to the daily office grind today, I'll probably do a pre-kai at Mezcaleria Oaxaca, so if you want to get a pre-Thai margarita and share some chips and salsa, come and see me from say 6pm to 7pm.
