Thursday's Meetup @ Pete's Fremont Fire Pit

From: Jason T.

I've updated this Meetup. For more details, see the full listing:

When: Thursday, December 13,[masked]:30 PM

Where: Pete's Fremont Fire Pit
501 N 36th St
Seattle, WA 98103

Sorry for the slightly late announcement.

This week, we're in the ex-funky neighborhood Fremont at Pete's Fremont Fire Pit. It's probably the only barbecue joint in town that has anything vegetarian on the menu, and in addition to the massive hunks of soft brisket and other meaty items that you can order, you can get some pretty good sides, including braised greens, mac & cheese, and some more irresponsible things.

Come and join us. We'll order separately, but there may be just a single check, so please bring cash to make your organizer's life easier.

Bus access is easy with routes 28 and 40, and reasonable with 26, 31, and 32. More adventurous folks could take the 5 or 358 and walk a bit longer. Parking is manageable in this section of Fremont, especially if you go a few blocks from here.

Nijikai might be at, say, Brouwer's, if we're a modestly sized group, or at one of the far-too-numerous drinking establishments within a 4 block walk of the restaurant if we're bigger.

This Meetup repeats every week on Thursday.

If the changes affect your plans to attend, please take a moment to update your RSVP. (You can RSVP "No" or "Yes".)

You can always get in touch with me through my group profile on Meetup.
