Let's talk about hosting platforms that support node.js!

What platforms have you used? I mostly tend to use Heroku, mainly because I'm most familiar with it. They have an excellent article on getting started.

AppFog­ free accounts come with 2gb memory which works well for a production environment as it allows you to scale up very easily. Cloud9 IDE offers a free development environment that is pretty cool
