  • Come celebrate the sounds and tastes of the Advent season in the German tradition. Bring an authentic German dish, enough for you and sharing, along with an appropriate serving utensil. There will be a grill and electricity. We have a member that has German Christmas CD's, but we need a CD player-if someone can bring one, please let me know.

I will make homemade gluhwein and will have water and sodas, anything else you may want you may bring your own. I will also have plates, forks, knives, cups and napkins, so bringing food is the most important thing. If you do not cook, World Market has a nice assortment of German holiday cookies, so that is another alternative.

Please provide what you will bring in the comments after you RSVP, so we know what types of food to expect. Only registered members and their guests may attend.

I'm looking forward to celebrating Advent season with you, com and enjoy!

Es tut mir leid, but that's the night of my church's annual adult Christmas party. Froehliche Weihnachten zu alle. Note to the lady with the thinking in 2 languages shirt at Oktoberfest: one of my firearm instructors in Nevada was from Germany and he loved the picture I took of your shirt.
