Here is the recipe for the kale chips: 4 cups kale, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 4 to 5 tablespoons tamari, 1 tea spoon sea salt 1/2 to 1 cup water, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 to 1 cup nutritional yeast.
Mix all in blender. Spoon out on dehydrator sheets, dehydrate for about 8 hours then put them on screen for about 2 more hours.

My kale chips are in the dehydrator. Had to switch cashews for sunflower seeds. Can't wait for my snack tonight. Thanks Linda
