Zen Meditation
If you would like to come at 9 am we offer gentle stretching and chi gong to prepare the body for practice. 9:30 am don't be late two 20 minute beginning meditation sessions that are broken up with 5 minute 2300 hundred year old devotion. 10 minute dharma talk all are welcome who have an interest in cultivating peace in their busy lives. Love offering and Tea and Cookies served.

What we're about

This group is for anyone who has a sincere interest in learning meditation and right livelihood techniques can participate. Zen Buddhism is a practice of mindfulness practice and direct looking into our mind. We teach aspirants proper postures , breath work, mudras, and proven methods to find greater peace and awareness in our daily lives. Practice consists of two 25 minute quiet sittings, 5 minute devotional and 10 minute Dharma talk. We ask you leave your worries at the entrance of Zendo so people can learn to touch their true nature. Green tea and snacks are shared afterwords and community sharing and discussion are encouraged. Love offering is suggested to support nonprofit.
