What we're about

We meet every morning 8 AM for an hour of meditation, breathing practice and to be a step close to nature.

Idea of self-realization is very far fetching but daily practice and little self-improvement never hurts. As a group we meet at the Hamilton Park every morning, to meditate together and get a glimpse of uncharted territory within ourselves. Guided meditation could be done for new-comers but idea is to follow your own method.

-- Bring your own Yoga Mat
-- Wear comfortable clothes as per the weather
-- We will be sitting outside in the open if it's sunny or there is a gazebo that can accommodate 10-15 people.
