Welcome to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation New Jersey! This group will focus on practicing Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. An ancient practice, bought to the west by Yogi Bhajan, only once knew by the rare sadhu or rishi. Kundalini Yoga is a technology consisting of Kriyas (postures), Meditations, Breathwork, Mantras, Mudras, Bhandas (body locks) and relaxation and is by far the most powerful and complete form of yoga! Yoga means union, this union is with your authentic self, your inner being! Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, unique and effective yoga that helps to clear your mind, ease anxiety, uplift your mood, increase energy and improve your over all well being.
