Come and enjoy a free workout with us and get fit and healthy is 4 weeks! We are hosting our brand new 4 week challenge starting Monday, June 3rd at 6pm. Fit camp runs on Monday, Wednesday and a Friday from 6-7pm. Workouts start at 6:15 and end at 6:45 followed by social time! Always FUN and always FREE! All levels are welcome. Campers are advised to work at whatever pace is comfortable for them and to understand that each person is on a different journey. Coaches will ensure to provide a friendly and welcoming environment whilst at the same time pushing each individual to reach their full potential.
