Weekly Jewish Meditation

Chochmat HaLev

Led by Jhos Singer, Jeffrey Kessler, Estelle Frankel, Jueli Garfinkle & Friends By Donation We come together to sit in silence and community, practicing presence and moment-by-moment awareness of the divine. Our goal is to activate the qualities needed to live more satisfying and meaningful lives — qualities like wisdom and compassion, patience and joy. Our leaders are experienced teachers who bring heart centered learning and passion to their work. Instruction includes meditation, using chant, and a focus on the weekly torah portion, the sacred calendar and rich Jewish wisdom tradition. No previous meditation or Jewish experience required.

Meditation of Presence
