What we're about

It seldom happens in business, that a person with no work experience
is appointed to the position of CEO. Typically, by the time CEO’s
have been appointed they have received training and experience
in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, strategy,
ethics, motivation, dealing with failure, motivating teams and many
other areas. Their leadership role has typically grown from no one
reporting to them to an entire company reporting to them.
Teachers however are “thrown into the deep end”. The definition
of thrown into the deep end is “to make someone start a new and
difficult job or activity without helping them or preparing them
for it.” This is exactly what happens to teachers. They are put into
a classroom, with 30-40 students to lead and teach with very little
practical experience and mentorship. This group is for teachers to share knowledge and resources to help us to stay in love with teaching
