Marysville Journey Fitness Galloway Group is a group that believes running should be fun with coaches who are inspirational. Our goal is to get you to the start line healthy and in great condition so that you can get to the finish line with a smile on your face.
We hold our training runs on Saturday mornings. We also have weekly Circuit Training classes that are geared towards runners, but can be enjoyed by anyone interested in getting in shape. Classes are high intensity and include strength training, cardio, and core training. Cost is reasonable and first class is free!
We hold run training classes from 5k to ultra marathon in a super supportive atmosphere. Tory, the head coach, started running when she was losing her 100 pounds in 2002. She has continued to run and has run over 100 marathons and ultra marathons plus at least that many 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons. Don't let that intimidate you! She runs for fun! Her motto is, if you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong.
