Join us for the butt kickin-est workout in town! This bootcamp program varies from week to week to challenge our bodies and our minds. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a newbie, this bootcamp will challenge you. Tory has been teaching bootcamp for four years and excels in making it accessible to all fitness types.

Purchase a 10-session (with one free) punchcard from the City of Marysville, or come for your first try free. Bring a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat. If we use other equipment, I will provide it.

Class sessions vary from week to week and may include:

• Kettlebells

• Hula hoops

• Dumbbells

• Fitness bands

• Partner circuits

• Kickboxing/Punching

• Proprioception work

• Running

• Step work

• Core work (included every session)

• Speed bands

• Agility ladder
