The new location is at a conference room in Murrieta. Suite C Conference Room .... We will be discussing surviving grief throughout the holidays. There is also a book that we have been working through titled. Grief Recovery ISBN[masked] Please read the first 5 chapters if you have not already. This will get you familiar with the problems with society, family and expectations of one who grieves and other issues we deal with when grieving.. some of which we did cover in our introductory meeting. It is important to build your support group within and outside of the group. Our next group will be moving onto the next chapter. Much love on our journeys until we meet again.
Sophie was introduced to Yoga and Ayurveda, a sister science of yoga, 22 years ago when she was living in Germany. On her journey to learn the yogic principles, She learned that optimal health includes all aspects of our being: body, mind, and spirit. A happy life comes with the understanding that emotions are a link between the physical body and the spirit. She wanted to study more the mind and the emotions so she became certified as Laughter Yoga leader and Grief Yoga™ teacher. These pieces of training gave her techniques to transform pain into empowerment, reconnect the body to the spirit. DESCRIPTION: Yoga For Emotional Liberation is a blend of many forms of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Laughter, Let your Yoga Dance, and Restorative. It is a unique practice that combines yoga posture, movement, breath, and sound. It allows to move the stress and pain through the body and liberate emotions. Emotions such as sadness or anger are used as fuel toward empowerment. Emotional struggles can come from the loss of someone, a relationship, a job...We are longing for our soul connection. If we are stuck with our emotions we suffer. Yoga For Emotional Liberation allow to assess our emotions, express them, reconnect with ourselves and/or others, and surrender the pain to find love. The practice includes: poses to remove tensions and shake them away, Powerful breathing techniques to break through emotions such as anger, sadness, regrets, (I found this portion to be extremely transformational) Empowering exercises to lift the spirit Final relaxation to surrender the pain Guided meditation to find peace and compassion Payment can be received in Cash, Check and PayPal or Credit Card with a small fee.
