Hoping that Michele can bring Biodanza to Philly on a regular basis. Good for the soul!

Wonderful wonderful workshop! It was instructional while completely allowing each of us our own dance. The teacher gently led the participants into connection within themselves in one dance, then connection with others in the next dance. It was delicious! I would do it again, and again!

I had a great time connecting with others, as well as finding a deeper connection with my self. I would love to do Biodanza on a regular basis!

Hi Jennifer...not to worry....in Biodanza we introduce the exercises with progression over time during weekly classes. On Saturday we will have an intro class that will give the participants an "overview" of the possibilities that Biodanza can allow!!! It'll be fun, provocative and connected in a very safe space! Can't wait!

Thanks for that video, Michelle! It was a great introduction to Biodanza and prepped me for Saturday's class. I'm a little apprehensive about the intimate couples dancing portion; most of the partner work I've done hasn't involved that much contact! Either way, I look forward to learning.

There's some weirdness happening with the paypal button not showing up, so if you can't find it to pay on line, cash or check is fine on Saturday. But please hit the "I'm going" button if you are! I can't wait to dance with you all!

I've experience Biodanza both of the last two summers at the New England Dance Camp, and it was a wonderful conscious movement experience. Thanks for working to bring this international movement form to Philly, Wendy!
