Juniper Networks New England Innovation Center

You're invited to Juniper Multicloud Bootcamp! Data Centers are evolving. They are now commonly spread across multiple locations within and external to the enterprise. Some services (or maybe even all services) will likely be extended to the cloud. Computing, storage and network resources all must be able to dynamically adapt to any of these locations. These resources must also be able to support new business requirements in an agile and secure manner. Juniper invites you to join this event to understand how we are helping customers optimize their data center & Multicloud strategy. No matter where you are in the evolution of your cloud & Data Center optimization strategies, Juniper believes we may be able to offer perspectives & solutions based on innovations we are delivering to customers just like you. Please join us for a Multicloud Data Center Workshop. In this one day boot camp, we will cover: • Why do we need Multicloud? • What solutions does Juniper have to help customers along their Multicloud journey? • Juniper’s Underlay products & solutions • Multicloud Security • Multicloud Management & Orchestration • Telemetry & Tools that are an intrinsic part of this process Live Demos: • Workload Mobility • Azure Availability Zones: Contrail - Cloud Based • Underlay/Overlay implementation w Ansible Playbooks • Fabric Discovery and Onboarding: Overlay & BMS via Contrail Command Complimentary but please pre-register to obtain visitor pass. • Register for Software Defined Secure Networks Class

    Markley Data Center

    • What we'll do Program Overview: Juniper Networks, Securematics, and SDN Essentials invite you to a one-day hands-on cyber security class. We will review some of the latest threat vectors, including ransomware, IoT attacks, and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs). We will also discuss the challenges that CTOs have securing their networks from these constantly evolving attacks. The class will include an overview of Juniper Networks' Software-Defined Secure Network (SDSN) which takes a synergistic approach that equally leverages networks and security elements in an open, multivendor ecosystem with centralized policy, analytics and management, fundamentally transforming a traditional network into a secure network. SDSN allows organizations to use their existing network infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless access points, etc.) to detect and quarantine threats at their source to reduce risk and avoid business disruption. The afternoon session will include a demonstration and a hands-on lab to allow the attendees see this solution first-hand. Who should attend: Systems Engineers for Networking and Security in Boston. Register to reserve your spot since space is limited. No fee for registrants. Please bring your laptop and ID to the seminar class. Agenda: 8:30 – Breakfast 9:00 – Threat Landscape – challenges and solutions 11:00 – SDSN and Sky ATP Overview 12:00 – Lunch 1:00 – Deep Dive 2:00 – Implementation Steps 3:00 – Hands-On lab (bring your laptops) 4:00 – Adjourn Use the Public Registration Page at https://www.securematics.com/sdsn_boston • What to bring Laptop with wireless access. • Register and Attend Network virtualization with OpenContrail

    OpenStack Boston MeetUp

Hello everyone - our Dec. event is now set and will be held at OpenStack Boston MeetUp. Come on out and Meetup! Juniper joins OpenStack Boston as co-sponsor and we will get under the covers of OpenContrail. You want agility, flexibility, and security for your cloud. That means utilizing all the cloud environments at your disposal to run applications, designing your IT systems to SCALE while securing your network end-to-end. With a secure elastic cloud, your workloads move between private and public clouds dynamically while utilizing the best compute vehicle (VMs, Containers or Bare Metal Servers) available to run a particular workload. This requires Cloud Connect technology to connect to any compute environments anywhere. Not to mention you must isolate tenants running on your shared IT infrastructure and protect workloads across cloud boundaries. In our meetup session we will explore how OpenContrail and network virtualization supports secure elastic clouds. Location and registration details can be found at the OpenStack Boston MeetUp page. Our MeetUp Registration link is closed since you need to register at the OpenStack Boston MeetUp page. Registration link below. Thank you.
