Just Breathe Yoga is a program designed for all levels, beginners, the curious and communities. It provides a safe place to come together and practice the beautiful tradition of yoga. We use no gimmicks, follow no fads or alter the power of the Vinyasa style. Vinyasa means to flow and as we flow we focus on breath, proper alignment of the body (yes we do adjustments!), movement and the simple practice of unfettered yoga. Classes are taught by registered / certified teachers in our community studio located within the Trinity Presbyterian Church in Paramus, NJ.
Just Breathe is not a religious program but does incorporate the importance of mindfulness, breath work and a positive outlook on life. People are our focus and today so many people are caretakers of aging or disable loved ones, working impossible hours and trying to meet the challenges of everyday life. It is easy to become “unfit” as we struggle to fit into a frantic world. Yoga allows each one of us time to pause, breathe, and stretch as we come together.
