Sounds like they are bored. If you cabr seperate them or mediate, may i suggest getting them some toys perhaps?
Try these

I get them about 200 crickets a week. But since its cold bring them in at night cause they freeze easy lol.

My girls are only 4 months but i had a feather picker or two, noticed it may have been cause of molting w the season change.
