Just Us Girls Club Rules and Regulations:
1.) ZERO tolerance for disrespecting members in any way, shape or form.
2.) ZERO tolerance for any type of intimidation, bullying, negatively gossiping, as well as defaming a group member's character.
3.) If you have RSVP'd for an event and are unable to let the organizer/hostess know, we understand that unexpected emergencies may happen, which would prevent you from finalizing your RSVP. However, there are those members whom have been consistently a "No Call / No Show" to various events. There is no reason that this should be happening, especially since the day before each event, not only does the Meetup website remind you of your meetup that you have RSVP'd to, but also the organizer and/or hostess will reach out via email to politely ask for a confirmation of your RSVP. There is a reason for this. The event hostess needs to have a final headcount to simply plan for the event. This often includes providing beverages, snacks and such. Please be mindful that someone else is counting on you.
***NOTE: The Management Team has determined that as of October 20, 2018, any member whom has finalized their RSVP for an event and their absence is independent from an emergency, which results in a "No Call / No Show," after the second time you will be removed from the group and will not be able to rejoin. We are all adults and it is a simple act of kindness to be respectful, polite and considerate. Thank you for your cooperation and we are all hoping this will not need to come to fruition.
