We are going do some yoga, interval/functional training, running and possibly some self defense routines.

What to wear: athletic gear, running/training shoes.
What to bring: Plenty of water, yoga mat (not necessary but useful), Towel, Spare T-shirt.
Sessions will vary and could include functional training, running, etc. You will receive introduction to lots of activities and deals to join various clubs etc. We will also be organizing local events, nights out, parties, social dances at various places
