Some great programs on PBS on Darwin.....

We watched “Darwin’s Darkest Hour”.  This two hour story was aired on PBS Friday night.  It focuses on the conflict Darwin went through before finally publishing his Theory of Evolution.  He was not the only person studying nature that came up with this theory.  But he did realize the consequences of releasing his findings to the public.  Perhaps he knew what happen to Galileo when he wrote that the sun did not revolve around the earth.

On December 21 at 9 p.m. on PBS another program “What Darwin Never Knew” will be aired.
