Visit Parkville and the H.M.S. Beagle, etc

Wednesday October 10th 10 a.m. arrive at H.M.S. Beagle, Kansas City’s Science Store, 180 English Landing Drive Suites 110& 120 Parkville, Mo[masked]

John, the store owner, will be there to greet us and give us a little introduction into the store, The Beagle Society for adults interested in science, and any other topics which might be of interest.

After that we will take a short walk out west of town and follow the new trail which goes along the river and is used by the science club to point out paleontological things in this area.

12:30 Lunch at the River’s Bend Restaurant. This was once the old power plant for Parkville College and later became a brewery.

2 to 5 p.m. Those who wish may want to shop at the Farmer’s Market before going home.!
