For this hike we follow the usual trail.

Puchong-ers, Subang Jaya-ers, PJ-ers or wherever you stay, if you can't wait until Saturday or Sunday to stretch the legs, let's go for a night hike at Bukit Puchong.

This hike is more of an exercise to maintain (or obtain) the condition. We'll do two laps which gives us more than seven kilometers of hiking pleasure and maximum one and a half hour of sweating. That means we hike at a decent pace. We don't want to make it too late; Wednesday we all have to get up early.

Keep in mind that we start at 08:30pm sharp at the trailhead. No time for waiting and NO Start Ahead of Time... :)

Since some will run, it is the norm to keep to YOUR LEFT all the time, unless when overtaking.

The trail is very clear, so there will be no real need of a leader nor a sweeper. However we will make sure that everybody is out of the jungle before we leave the venue. Those who want can go full throttle if they want to.

We would want every participant to register. So there will be no more guests allowed. It appears to be that most of the guests are not properly briefed by their host before the hike, are ill-equipped and for most of them their particulars are not submitted before the hike. Too messy.... So please ask your guests to register as a member and then they can RSVP Yes. They can cancel their membership after the hike if they want to.

Please only RSVP if you have the intention of coming. Otherwise the sword of No Show is hanging above your head...

Besides the classical hiking tips, please note the following:

• wear shoes with profile (a pattern on the soles to prevent slipping and gliding).

• rain gear is recommended

• leech protection is not necessary

• bring a headlamp and a whistle - otherwise NO hike!

• normally you don't need anything to eat, but bring at least 1 liter of drinks

• please be responsible and don't litter – be sure not to leave any rubbish along the track

• please note that NO MATTER the weather conditions, the hike will take place
