Spring Cleaning for the Mind: Uncovering the Wisdom Within
Just as we can learn to physically clear away clutter and debris, we can learn to gently allow the mental clutter, the barrage of chatter and distraction within our own minds, to dissolve and thereby experience the peace and wisdom that naturally resides there. When we can quiet the thoughts, we can find a place of refuge within our own heart. We will have the space we need to respond to life's difficult situations in a more beneficial and constructive way.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
