From a Buddhist perspective we are all suffering from painful attachments that can manifest as addiction, depression, confusion, and powerlessness. The teachings of Buddha provide a clear and simple pathway to freedom from these negative states of mind.
Based on the teachings of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this monthly class will explore how, through the power of our own understanding, we can remove our addictions and compulsive behaviors, enabling us to live a life that is both rewarding and meaningful. This class meets the last two Fridays of every month.
