We meet as usual every Wednesday in a beautiful space. Beginners and experienced Meditators equally welcome. There are usually 15-20 Meditators. There is no charge, but we ask for a donation of about £5, all of which goes towards the rent of the venue.
We practice mindfulness meditation - sound, guided sitting, walking, and silent sitting. The practices are along the traditions of Thich Nhat Hanh's teaching, Gaia House and Insight Meditation, but also from other traditions (or none!) which group members find beneficial and from the heart.
Guidance is given prior to each practice, and attendees are invited to observe or participate, as they wish. The group is a drop-in; open and friendly.
