Come join KX2 Fitness and beat the "Sunday scaries" every Sunday at 10:30 am @ APT Training Studio in the heart of Kitsilano.
Whether you are dreading the Monday blues, had a little too much to drink Saturday night, or just want a good sweat, we will have you smiling and feeling fresh again!
All fitness levels are welcome. Expect a 60-minute full body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, battle ropes, etc.
We have access to the studio and a beautiful sunny outdoor space!
25$/per person - Cash only
