Buddha taught straightforward, simple, techniques that we can use in our daily life to guarantee future happiness for ourselves and everyone around us. This series of summer meditations and classes will include methods for us to gain control over distracting thoughts and develop peace of mind. To accomplish this we will use meditations to help us understand experientially how happiness comes from within, let go of mental busyness and stress, and to stay “cool” in the heat of the moment.
