Join us every Sunday from 6pm to 6:45pm for a relaxing guided meditation. Each week we will cover different topics ranging from the development of compassion to improving our mindfulness and concentration. These meditations are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class will consist of a practical 15 minute teaching followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Everyone Welcome!

The purpose of meditation is to improve our own peace of mind. We can also learn to let go of harmful ways of thinking that are the cause of our pain and suffering. The meditation practices taught at the Temple are practical techniques for training the mind. Through this we can gradually progress along our spiritual path. Meditation offers an opportunity to change the way we react to people and difficult situations in our life. Learn how to feel calm, peaceful and relaxed, no matter what problems are arising. Using simple yet profound techniques, discover how to feel happy and have a positive outlook. This can be achieved by gaining more control of our mind through meditation.
