We offer meditation classes in South Bend for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Learn practical solutions to the inner problems of stress, anger, anxiety, and more, so you can live a happier life! Each class and day course includes guided meditation, teaching, and discussion. Everyone is welcome, and there’s no special dress or behavior that’s expected.
