Bring water to sip throughout session and dress in layers for cool weather

Kai Chi Do is a system of movements utilizing Five Elements combined with music, meditation, and breathwork, to free blocked Energy.

Life Energy is the pure Spirit of which we are all born and sustained.

What troubles you and causes you pain? Resistance to Life. Resistance to the present moment. Resistance that can manifest as illness, anger, worry, hopelessness, and anxiety.

Kai Chi Do reduces resistance.

As your physical and emotional resistance dissolves, you feel Life Energy flowing freely throughout your body and consciousness, uplifting you.

And bringing you home to your Self.

Learn to put these Principles into Action

THE FIVE ELEMENTS
Kai Chi Do is an exercise for balancing mind, body, and spirit.

Kai = Free and Open
Chi = Life Energy
Do = Way
Kai Chi Do = The Way to Free Life Energy

In Kai Chi Do, there are five distinct elements of focus:

Root = Yuan
Air = Kongqi
Fire = Huo
Water = Shui
Earth = Dadi

Each element is both expressive and receptive, supported by unique movements and music.

As Life Energy begins to flow freely, people doing Kai Chi Do together are transformed into a healing energetic community.

Many Blessings

    I'm so glad bout this meet up
    Is my new spiritual family
    I've been counting the days till Sunday for Kai chi do
    I know it's raining now
    But it would not deter me from going
    I think it would add for the spiritual experience that it is to do Kai chi do in the rain!
