Kali Natha Yoga is a kundalini-tantric inspired yoga. This yoga incorporates both western and eastern philosophies and includes all the benefits of a typical yoga class PLUS it gives you the tools to use in your everyday life. It combines movement and breath creating a sacred prayer. Kali Natha Yoga is for any person regardless of age or ability. We will do restorative yoga; learn ways to meditate and useful breathing techniques to use every day to deal with daily stressors. We will also grow together as a group and support each other as time goes on. These techniques and tools are helpful for quieting and clear out old thought patterns so we can release and heal our mind, body, and spirit opening us so we can explore who we really are and connect with our higher self.
