On September 28th, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. the Masonic Philosophical Society will be hosting a study group at the Corinth Libary. Each month a different topic, ranging from philosophy and science to religion and metaphysics, is discussed and debated. Please arrive at 12:45 P.M. so the discussion can begin promptly.
September’s topic will be conducted by Brother Chris Osborn on Freemasonry and Freedom. After a short lecture a discussion and debate by the group will follow.
Brother Osborn will take us into the intellectual journey of defining and understanding freedom. Are you free? What does it really mean to be free? What is the difference between freedom and liberty? Why is being free a requirement to be a Freemason? Join us for a compelling, in-depth discussion where these topics will be explored so we can apply our understandings in each of our lives.
Join us for this month's study group.
This group, which is open to the public, is where non-members can learn more about Freemasonry, as well as meet local Freemasons.
