Most certainly. I think that a lot of people are confused when considering the idea of "prepping," and promoting a positive image will not only help other people get prepared themselves, but make things easier to understand for those who do not wish to prep themselves.
Prepping has no color. I accept people based on merit, rather than color, creed, nationality, etc. The bottom line is, we are all PEOPLE. And we must all prepare if we wish to thrive in the future.
My husband and I started preparing for "something bad" long before we knew the word for it was "prepping." Looking at the current state of things, it's easy to see that something is going to happen, and we need to be ready for it, whatever "IT" may be. As far as what I would like to see happen with this group, I'd like to see knowledge shared between like-minded individuals, classes started where people share their skill with others, and general networking happen. I would like for us, as a group, to educate others and expand our prepping community.
Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm not new to the idea of prepping, but am here to gain knowledge in the areas I am lacking, and to share my own knowledge when I can.
