I have only a basic prepper education and know enough that I know I need more knowledge!
Prepping is very important to me and my family. Prepping is a frame of mind, much like all good things in life.
I am one of those not-so-mainstream Christians that believes you can love everybody. Just because I may not like somebody's choices doesn't mean I pass judgement on them personally. I think that everybody should have a chance to better their chances of survival! Everybody!
Well, that's a REALLY long story, so I will try to nut-shell it. I've grown up around people who had to take medicines for different ailments - diabetes, hypothyroid, etc. I got to wondering in grade school how illnesses were treated before doctors. I started researching (yes, in grade school) herbal medicine. From there it transformed into wild edible foods research. Then, in high school, I started watching the news. I've been watching things fall apart with our economy and society for a while now. I know that things are going to get a lot worse before they can get better. I'd like to first of all get to know the group. I'd like to see more people understand that preppers aren't crazy fanatics, just focused and farsighted.

I'm kinda an amateur at prepping, but I have a basic understanding of what is needed. I've been self-educating about herbal medicine and wild edible plants for close to 20 years, now. As I've been told, Luck favors the prepared.
