Ganga Nam Jaya leads this wonderful Vinyasa class that includes Kali Natha Yoga asana.Focusing on balance, core and the heart chakra, this practice is geared towards expressing gratitude to life, love and mother earth. Each asana is selected to move and flow with pranayama breath techniques to open the body and calm the mind. Each pose of this sacred flow will take you anywhere from diving into crystal clear waters to cleanse and purify the spirit, to offering humility as you rise and bow to the sun. In each pose you will be invited to explore a few modification options depending on your range of motion. Yoga is a beautiful journey and everyone is encouraged to experience it at their own pace.
