All you need is a healthy dose of curiosity, a water bottle, sun protection, something you feel comfortable moving in, and we'll take care of the rest! This class is a great way to try Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga! We'll have some time to paddle around and get used to the boards before we head out and practice yoga amongst the lilli pads. There's no better studio than the one that Mamma Earth provides. It's truly a wonderful place to play! We'll have you back on shore at 11am. Come join us, and don't worry if you're not an expert, none of us are either! ;)
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to pay and get fitted for equipment.
*We've found that it is definitely helpful if you have some previous yoga knowledge.
