Can you paddle 8 miles? Our paddles are usually 7 - 8 miles long. Please confirm that you are a strong paddler who has a great deal of experience kayaking. Our paddles try to provide aerobic exercise, so we paddle at a good clip and do not stop

1- 4 hours. I need to break to stretch about every 60-90 min (I have back issues).

We only stop once during a paddle, at the mid-point of the paddle, so you need to be able to and want to paddle 3 - 4 miles at a good clip, without taking a break. Please confirm that that is what you can do.

Yes.

You must read the Accident Waiver of Liability that is on the Home Page before completing your request to join this group. Have you read the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability? Do you agree to it ?

Yes.

If you are a "no show" twice, you will be automatically dropped from the group. You must apply as an individual. To kayak with us, you must be able to get back into your boat, if you capsize. I practice one day a year & it gets harder every year.

Please join us just to walk with us and answer NA to above questions. All walks are in dog-friendly locations. Please comment when planning to bring a dog on a walk to which you rsvp. Thanks.

Introduction

Hi, My husband and I spend a lot of time in Falmouth. We have been sea kayaking for about 10 years, mostly around the Falmouth/Waquoit area. I am looking to explore new areas of the Cape with other enthusiastic kayakers :-)
