What is brain health?

We must feed our brains. That comes in the form of oxygen and glucose.
We must give it mentally challenging things to do.
We must give it the opportunity to rest and rejuvenate.
We must have hope. This is the spiritual component. We must have hope that the things we DO will make a difference in our lives.
We MUST socialize, because isolation IS death!

In this Meetup we will 'DO' brain health, thereby changing the trajectory of our lives!
