This is a lifestyle and fitness group aimed for people that want to get fitter,improve their lifestyle,socialize and make new friends. We have a lot of interesting topics to talk and discuss, we want to encourage you to eat clean, be healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle. We will give you tips, recipes, encouragement and support.

We have all types of members who are ready to support a healthy lifestyle.
We will try different activities,workshops and have guest to talk about different subjects.
There is a variety of activities each month and we are open to suggestions so anyone one that is a member of this group can suggest new activities.

No need to worry if you are not used to exercise, there will be different levels and you do what you can. We hope to see you soon to get fit and healthy.
