We shall continue our Christmas celebrations at a warm, elegant and friendly residence in Kensington with music, drinks and nibbles.
It would be nice to meet new friends and old. A lovely celebration is organised.

ANNA QUIROGA, harp and VALENTINA SCHELDHOFEN CIARDELLI, double bass will delight us with their music.

Anna is an award-winning harpist who has recently graduated from a Masters Degree in Performance at the Royal College of Music. She is currently studying an Artist Diploma course in Solo Performance in the RCM and is being kindly supported by the charity Talent Unlimited. Anna has collaborated with various orchestras including the BBC Symphony Orchestra. She has also toured Spain and participated in music festivals. She has taken part in diverse RCMSO orchestral projects with Vladimir Ashkenazy, Sir Roger Norrington, Bernard Haitink, Jean-Philippe Calvin, Kenneth Hesketh, Brett Dean and James Ledger. Anna’s ensemble chamber work is extremely varied, and apart from traditional ensembles such as flute and harp duo, and flute, viola and harp trio, Anna regularly works with the double bass.

Valentina was born in Pietrasanta, Italy and is currently studying at the RCM for a Master in Performance. She has won several awards and prizes and she was a finalist in important international competitions. Between 2013 and 2016 she played with several symphonic and chamber orchestras including Northern Youth Symphony Orchestra Manchester, Orchestra Primavera Maggio musicale Fiorentino, Camerata strumentale Fiorentina, the BBC SO, the Archè Orchestra and the RCM Symphony and Chamber Orchestra. She has also wide experience in solo performance. She is currently studying at the Royal College of Music.
