What we’re about

Kent Ohio Food Not Lawns is dedicated to encouraging individuals to produce food for themselves, their families, and others.  We work together in the community to swap seeds, plants, food, advice, techniques, chores, and stories.  Regular meetings are scheduled, including seed swaps, food swaps, classes, farm tours, garden tours, lawn conversions, picnics, discussions, and community projects.  Hopefully everyone can bring something to the table and fun can be had by all.

Please check out Food Not Lawns International and read the book Food Not Lawns by H. C. Flores for more information on the group's inspiration.  If you have questions, please email us at kentfoodnotlawns@gmail.com.  We also have a web page at http://kofnl.org
